Today’s Guest: Summer Schriner: Proprietor of Grace Boutique and Bad Annie’s Sweary Goods
Summer is an MSU grad and an attorney by trade but was always an entrepreneur at heart. She opened Grace at the beginning of 2007, expanded with new sizes and offerings, and moved to a new location in 2014. At the new location, she really started to want to carry more silliness. It really didn’t fit in the shop and for a few years, it was “the stuff behind the counter” and seemed illicit and scandalous. It really grew and in 2019 Bad Annie’s opened.

What is Summer reading or listening to?
For work, she reads Zinngerman’s book for a refresher on customer service. Personally, she likes horror books!
