Today’s Guest: Daniel Shinaver, an employment developer, Owner, and Founder at DS Employment Services, LLC
Daniel helps employers find perfect high-tier candidates. He focuses specifically on administrative and management-level candidates. His passion is really for teaching, developing, and showing people the tips and tricks, they can use to get to the next level.
Daniel is a former United States Marine. He got injured and spent five years learning how to walk again. This experience has taught him great lessons. To him, military service really did help him with his perseverance in overcoming obstacles in life and with his business.
In the coming year, Daniel is excited to be looking into moving into the realm of working more intensely with business partners, looking at employers, and helping them with retention ideas. It’s also going to be the second category of his business, which is employment retention coaching.
