Justin started at My Member Insurance in September 2022. Prior to that, he was a producer at an agency in East Lansing for six years. Over the course of his career, Justin has prided himself on his insurance education. His first approach to any prospect or clients is making sure they understand the coverage they have, as well as explaining to them how that coverage would protect them in the event of a claim. By educating them he helps build trust with his clients, so they know if something happens, they are taken care of.
Justin is a graduate of Olivet College, during his time at Olivet he built lasting relationships with his professors. He is often asked to come present to Risk Management classes to help show what it’s like being an independent insurance agent in today’s world. He is very committed to giving back to the people who helped shaped him into the person he is today.
